Independent Decision Support for Infrastructure Capital

I provide unvarnished, independent analysis for land and energy infrastructure where technical complexity intersects with high-stakes capital decisions.

With over 20 years of experience in energy land management and infrastructure orchestration, I am typically engaged when a decision is too financially or politically risky to be handled by internal teams or larger, vendor-aligned service firms.

My practice is intentionally boutique. I do not maintain a large staff or pursue long-term management contracts. Instead, I focus on short-duration, high-impact engagements designed to contain risk and provide documented clarity before capital is committed.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, my work spans the intersection of mineral rights, power distribution, and High-Density Compute (HDC) siting. I evaluate these assets not as abstract concepts, but as constrained industrial loads.

The Principal Commitment

When you engage BitPetro, you are engaging a principal, not a project manager.

Fixed-Fee OPEX

No hourly billing or ongoing retainers. Every engagement is a fixed-fee investment with explicit deliverables and a defined exit.

Limited Capacity

I limit active engagements to ensure high-density principal involvement. I do not scale via junior analysts.

Absolute Confidentiality

Due to the sensitive nature of infrastructure capital, all inquiries and investigations are held in strict confidence.
